My name is Riley Stutes, I am from South West Louisiana and I graduated from Barbe High School in 2025 after I spent my senior year taking dual-enrollment courses at SOWELA Technical Community College. I took most of my general studies in the Fall of 2024, then I started my journey into IT in the Spring of 2025. That semester I took IT Essentials(Course & Lab), Intro to Programming, and Application Basics which was pretty difficult, but I made it all thanks to Mr. Kelley. After that I knew that I wanted to go into the Networking concentration, so for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 I've just been taking Networking courses along with a couple other classes to earn my degree. An absolutely incredible adventure so far.
I do play video games just not as much, I really enjoyed playing Cyberpunk 2077. Recently, I have been playing Dead by Daylight, and I have been playing Resident Evil requiem. I play two instruments, I've been playing the guitar for almost a year straight, but off and on for most of my life. I just started playing the piano for maybe half a year, but I definitely play guitar more(mainly electric). I listen to a lot of music from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s. I'll listen to any genre from those time periods, but I mainly listen to 80s glam/hair metal. I really like Van Halen, but I listen to many other bands such as Dokken, Ratt, and Great White.
